A photo instantly suggests a presence. Someone at one moment stood in that space and captured a passing moment in time. I aimed to make a suggestion to this presence and enlarge its overwhelming influence in a space. Not only by capturing it but by pandering with it. Inspired by Gabriel Orozco, I suggested not merely a presence but an absence, the trail left behind not necessarily by me. I decided to do it in a book format to take my images beyond the visual and to the physical. Striving for an experience rather than a memory. In short, this work showcases the burst of inspiration that comes from observing the world intently and intentionality.
